TazWorks User Forum 2023: What you need to know about registration

The 2023 TazWorks User Forum Customer Registration Is Now Open! 

For a limited time, you can apply a $100 discount to the full User Forum fee. This is the largest publicized discount available to individual attendees. The discount ends March 14, 2023, so be sure to take advantage while you still can.

2023 TazWorks User Forum Agenda 

This year’s agenda will feature over 25 general and concurrent sessions on meaningful topics such as new features and functionalities, product training and demonstrations, industry insight, and product collaborations with TazWorks® SMEs. In addition to these knowledge-packed sessions, we’ll also have several keynote speakers, Vendor Showcase exhibits, and multiple networking events—so, we feel confident in saying that the 2023 User Forum will indeed be the industry show of the year. 

On the FAQ page, you can learn about changes to the registration process and how to book your hotel accommodations. Here’s a summary of the process: 

  1. Discounted registration. To take advantage of the $100 discount—good through March 1, 2023—apply the promo code available on the registration form. If you’re a User Forum Vendor Showcase exhibitor, please use the promo code provided by your TazWorks/MeridianLink® representative.
  1. Billing. Because all completed User Forum registrations will be invoiced to each customer’s company, you’ll need to provide an accurate billing address, company email address, and phone number when registering. Please note: Personal email addresses with domains such as Gmail, AOL, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, and iCloud Mail will not be accepted.
  1. Hotel reservations. After submitting your 2023 User Forum registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email from events@meridianlink.com with a link to book your hotel room at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek. The email will also include an access code needed to secure the special User Forum room rate of $199 per night. We recommend booking your room immediately, as the special discounted rate is expected to sell out. Additionally, if you’re planning to extend your stay to Sunday, May 21, a limited number of discounted rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
