TazWorks requires that all users enable Multi-Factor Authentication. MFA gives the account an extra layer of security by asking users to enter a 6-digit code that is sent to them via email, text or authenticator app, verifying they are who they say they are and can then access the account. TazWorks has improved the MFA process to better enhance security within the software. There has been an increase in breaches over the last few years and in an effort to improve system security, TazWork’s users will be required to authenticate via MFA every 30 days. This new policy will be effective on Thursday October 10th, 2019.
