Trade House Data filters is a robust feature to decide how results are filtered and returned. They can be set up for a broader scope to return more leads or a narrower scope to return fewer leads. THD filters can be specific to users’ policies, clients or positions and properties. The 5 filters: Primary Identity, Alias Identity, Primary DOB, Alias DOB and Recency can go through 3 sources and applied to 5 search types.
