Happy Monday! Guess what that means… Spotlight of the week is here and this weeks is the adverse action email reminder.
The adverse action letter reminder is easy to use and can help increase efficiency. CRA users have the ability to configure one of three ways to send out the reminder and how many days it has been since the pre-adverse has been sent. CRAs can indicate when users receive an email notification reminding them to send the Adverse Action letter.
