The new Report Decision enhancement will be available early next week!!
The Report Decision offers an at-a-glance look at the actions needed, based on your report decision parameters. With these most recent enhancements, CRAs will have complete control over all their decisioning customization options. CRAs will have the system standard nine decisions or you can create a customized default report decision table at the CRA Preference level that will apply to all clients, replacing the standard nine decisions. To meet client’s specific needs and parameters, CRAs can also set up individual unique tables in the Client Preferences section. Note: any previous custom report decision tables configured, will remain for those clients when this is switched over.
You now have control over the number of decisions available, the verbiage displayed, the colors used, and the automation of disclosure letters etc. The new version of the report decision tool will be effective early next week.
