TazWorks has made another powerful compliance enhancement to the disclosure process. This new feature will prompt the user to complete more information before sending a disclosure letter (e.g. adverse action reason(s), individualized assessments, etc.).
The new prompt tags give extraordinary flexibility to the user who wants more control over the messages they send to the consumer. It can also be used in a disclosure letter and/or with a jurisdictional tag. It gives users the ability to stay in compliance with ever-changing laws.
