TazWorks Announces Move To Require Employee FCRA Basic Certification

TazWorks, the leader in technology solutions and business strategies for the background screening industry, announced that all of its employees have completed the NAPBS FCRA Basic Certificate program promoting the highest level of compliance, service delivery, and protection of its clients and its own business activities.
“Requiring Basic FCRA Certificates for all employees has made us a better, wiser company. The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 (FCRA) was established by the U.S. Federal Government through legislation in 1970 to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies. The FCRA Basic Certificate Program provides a foundational understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) protecting consumers from unfair and inaccurate reporting.
