Action Needed: Effective today, December 8th, 2021, a checkbox has been added to Consumer Copy letters. This is under the Form Name and is called, Exclude CA Summary of Rights. We encourage users to create their own by utilizing the Jurisdiction Replacement Tag functionality and then checking the box to exclude the CA Summary of Rights. The exclude option excludes the system provided CA Summary not the one you created.
By the end of Quarter 1 2022, we are anticipating having the system provided CA Summary of Rights removed.
