Effective today, March 10th, 2021, the Monitoring Queue has some additional columns available. Due to increased volume within the queue, the columns can be used to quickly identify the correct applicant. The new columns are: Email, DOB, SSN and Reference. These are not set to be enabled by default and can be included by selecting the ‘Settings’ button and the eye next to each one.
