What does the agenda look like?  

Our agenda is now live on the website! Check it out here and check back often as we continue to add sessions and topics leading up to the event.  

In the meantime, here’s a little preview.  

  • Expect a jam-packed schedule with over 20 sessions including curated thought leadership, inspirational keynotes, live demos, hands-on workshops, and peer-led sessions—perfect for professionals at every level.  
  • We’ll cover everything from how to take your CRA operation to the next level to exploring our latest feature and integration updates and sharing best practices for product management, compliance, and workflow efficiency. Sessions will also include interactive collaboration opportunities and vendor demos from our sponsors. 
  • Networking and entertainment! According to our post-LIVE! surveys, networking ranks equal to education opportunities at our annual customer event. So, we always put some extra effort into making each year’s offerings as special as possible. Explore what we have planned for you here.  

One of the best parts of the conference? The Vendor Showcase.

Our vendor showcase will include 22 exhibitors and plenty of one-on-one consultation opportunities, so you’ll walk away with fresh ideas and connections that’ll last long after the event.  

Our Vendor Sponsors will also be taking the stage throughout the conference, sharing a wealth of industry knowledge in their area of expertise. These sessions have become audience favorites, and they include a Q&A period at the end that can be carried on into the Vendor Showcase area.
