How To Register

TazWorksLIVE! 2026 will take place in-person May 12-14, 2026, in
San Diego, CA.

Early bird discount: Register before March 31, 2026, to save $200! 

LIVE! will feature industry trend overviews, TazWorks product best practices and training, customer roundtables, a Vendor Showcase, and plenty of networking. This year’s theme—Grow, Scale, and Serve—focuses on actionable strategies to expand your business, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional service. 

New for 2026: Credit Card Payments Now Accepted

For a quicker, more convenient experience, we’re now accepting credit card payments for event registration. You can select the credit card payment option, or your company can be invoiced as in prior years. If invoice is the selected payment method, your registration will be confirmed but not considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to ensure easy registration on site.

The full price for TazWorks LIVE! 2026 registration is $899. Register prior to or on March 31, 2026, to save $200, bringing the price to $699.

Registration discount schedule: 

  • December 16, 2025-March 31, 2026: $200 discount on full registration fee ($699) 
  • April 1-April 20, 2026: $100 discount on full registration fee ($799) 
  • April 21-May 14, 2026: Full registration fee, no discount ($899)
  • Tuesday evening welcome reception 
  • Wednesday and Thursday buffet breakfasts and lunches 
  • Wednesday evening dinner and special event 
  • Thursday evening closing reception 
  • Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks 
  • Entrance to all keynotes, breakout sessions, roundtable panels, and workshops 
  • Access to Vendor Showcase exhibit area 

Guest tickets are available for $399 and include access to the welcome reception, Wednesday evening dinner and special event, Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts, and morning keynote sessions. They do not include access to breakout sessions, the Vendor Showcase, one-on-one sessions, afternoon keynotes, or lunches. 

  • Since alcohol will be served at evening events, guests must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Limit one guest per registrant. 
  • It is highly recommended that guests pre-register for the guest package. On-site guest registration will be available on site only if space is still available
  • Guest payment will not be collected during online registration. Instead, it will be collected on site at check-in. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. 
  • Individual tickets to evening events will not be available.
  • Registration discounts are available based on when the registration form is completed and successfully submitted.    
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to the email listed on the form upon successful completion. Please make sure to use a valid business email address. This confirmation is proof of registration and includes the link to make hotel reservations at the discounted rate. It’s highly recommended to book your hotel room immediately upon registering for the event, as rooms within the discounted block are limited. 
  • Payment for registration can be made via credit card or through invoice. Credit cards are preferred. If paying through invoice, registration will be confirmed but considered incomplete until payment is received. Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to ensure easy on-site registration. 
  • Registrants may cancel their registration by notifying the MeridianLink Marketing Team at [email protected] before April 20, 2026, and receive a full refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.   
  • Registrants may substitute another person from their organization by clicking on the “Modify Registration” link in your confirmation email. Log into your registration and then click “Transfer Registration” prior to May 7, 2026. With notification of acceptance, the substitute attendee agrees to the same governing policies as the original registrant.
