This year’s event is May 12-14, 2026, at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, and we hope you’ll join us there for all the industry insights, networking opportunities, product best practices sessions, and so much more.
Below are a few key things to know as the registration opening date approaches and you begin planning your budget.
1. Registration
Registration for LIVE! will open in December 2025. The full cost to register is $899, if you wait. However, those who register between December 2025 and March 14, 2026, receive $200 off—bringing the total fee to just $699.
This fee includes all sessions, the welcome reception, Wednesday and Thursday breakfasts and lunches, refreshments breaks, a Wednesday evening special event + dinner, and the Thursday evening closing reception.
2. Hotel & Venue
All sessions and events will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, located along San Diego’s stunning waterfront. The TazWorks discounted room rate is $325 per night, plus applicable taxes. Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking your accommodation right after completing your registration. A special link will be available to complete your discounted booking upon registration opening.

3. Travel
The hotel is located about ten minutes from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If driving to the hotel, TazWorks has negotiated discounted daily self-parking at $45 per day plus tax. Valet parking is $65 per day plus tax.
4. Networking & Entertainment

- Tuesday Evening Welcome Reception: Kick off TazWorks LIVE! with fellow customers, staff, and vendor partners.

- Thursday Evening Closing Event: We’ll close out the festivities with our annual closing event celebrating our incredible customers. It’s always a good time—you won’t want to miss it!
