Here’s some early access information to help you start planning your attendance.
Registration
Registration opens in early December 2026 with a discounted rate. After the discount period, the full badge fee will be $999.
Hotel & venue
All lodging and meeting rooms will be at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, located near Universal, SeaWorld, and ICON Park. The TazWorks/MeridianLink discounted room rate is $299 per night, plus applicable taxes.
Travel information
The airport is 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency Orlando—about a 15-minute cab or rideshare each way. If you’re driving, MeridianLink has negotiated 25% off the standard daily self-parking rate, plus tax. Valet parking is available at the standard (non-discounted) rate.
Agenda

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to connect, celebrate, and have some fun—including the return of our Partner Showcase, networking events, and a special grand finale.
