TazWorks LIVE! is designed for professionals across the background screening and consumer reporting industry. With dedicated tracks for users at every level, TazWorks LIVE! helps attendees sharpen their skills, explore automation and compliance tools, and stay on top of industry shifts affecting screening practices, client expectations, and regulation.

Registration for TazWorks LIVE! 2026 is not yet open. Check the TazNews page, socials, and user groups for updates on this year’s event including registration announcements.
The full fee is $899 per person, but early discounts could save you up to $200—keep an eye out for when registration opens! Check the TazNews page, socials, and user groups for updates on this year’s event including registration announcements.
Guest passes may be available for select events during TazWorks LIVE! Full details, including pricing and access, are provided once registration is live.
Lodging & Travel
TazWorks LIVE! 2026 will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
The TazWorks discounted room rate is $325 per night, plus applicable taxes. You should plan to make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, as rooms at this rate are on a first-come, first-served basis. and we have negotiated a significantly reduced daily room rate for current and prospective customers, vendor partners, and guests.
The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If driving to the hotel, TazWorks has negotiated discounted daily self-parking at $45 per day plus tax. Valet parking is $65 per day plus tax.

Registration
Registration for TazWorks LIVE! 2026 will open on December 16, 2025. Once registration opens, you can purchase your ticket via the online registration form on the TazWorks LIVE! site here.
Payment for registration can be made via credit card or through invoice. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If paying through invoice, registration will be confirmed but not considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to avoid registration cancellation.
Once you have successfully submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation via email from [email protected]. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation.
This email contains a link to make your hotel reservation at the discounted rate that MeridianLink has negotiated for its customers, vendors, and prospects. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact [email protected].
The full fee is $899 per person, but early discounts could save you up to $200.
Registration discount schedule:
- Dec. 16, 2025-March 31, 2026: $200 discount (Pay $699)
- April 1-April 20, 2026: $100 discount (Pay $799)
- April 21-May 14, 2026: No discount, pay full $899 fee
Registration includes:
- Tuesday evening welcome reception
- Wednesday and Thursday buffet breakfasts and lunches
- Wednesday evening dinner and special event
- Thursday evening closing reception
- Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
- Entrance to all keynotes, breakout sessions, roundtable panels, and workshops
- Access to Vendor Showcase exhibit area

Please note:
- Limit one guest per attendee.
- Guests must be at least 21 years of age.
- Guests must pre-register on the registration page. Guest payment will be collected on site at check-in. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
- As there are limited guests packages available, on-site registration will be available only if space is still available.
- Individual tickets to evening events will not be available.
