We are so glad to welcome you to Orlando. Get settled in your room and then come join us for the forum’s kickoff event. There will be food and beverages available as you meet new colleagues and re-engage with acquaintances in a very casual atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to connect with peers, partners, and key TazWorks staff! This event takes place at the Universal Orlando Resort.

Magical Night at Universal Studios Florida Islands of Adventure
7:45 p.m. — 10:30 p.m.
(This event is included in your registration and guest registration. Tickets will be required for entry. There will not be single tickets sold for this event.)
Get ready for one of the most incredible parties TazWorks™ has ever thrown because we’ve reserved The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™–Hogsmeade™ at Universal Islands of Adventure theme park just for our customers, vendors, staff, and guests! All night long, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to incredible rides and attractions including Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™, and Flight of the Hippogriff™. You can even explore Hogsmeade™ and visit some of the wizarding world’s best-known establishments. Plus, you can race alongside Raptors on Jurassic World VelociCoaster. It’s an entire evening of magic and excitement—and it’s all yours!
Buses will start boarding at 7:30 p.m. from the Cayman Court Driveway. While in the park dessert and drinks will be available for all attendees.

TazWorks Customer Appreciation Special Event
6 p.m. — 10 p.m. (Included with registration.)
We like to close out TazWorks LIVE! by celebrating our customers! To start off the evening, join us for a reception where you can kick back and relax with staff, vendors, and fellow customers. We follow that with a full dinner buffet. And then we cap it off with some entertainment to make the evening memorable. More to come on that, so be sure to check back often.
