We're excited to announce you can now send disclosures and forms via QuickView for tenant screening! With this update, you'll be able to send out your tenant disclosures and forms through email to applicant's instead of having to fax or print and mail them.
TazWorks is turning on data purging TONIGHT at 10:00pm MT. This means that data that is outside of your chosen purge timeframe will be deleted EVERYWHERE from TazWorks systems.
You can now right or left align text in the new disclosure editor. We created this so you can format disclosures to your liking. For example, placement of company information can be on the right side and client information on the left side to maximize page real estate for mailing purposes. The way that records appear in the search editor and on the report for the person search will be changing starting today. Person search results shows things like address history, name variations and their dates of use, and date of birth, which can help you decide what additional jurisdiction searches you may need to run.
We're excited to announce that the data provider The Work Number is adding a second vendor for manual employment verifications. This is beneficial if you are running an employment verification through The Work Number and the employer is not found in the database. This new vendor gives you the option to change the product to a manual verification within the order and run the search again, saving you time from having to manually verify the employer information yourself.
