You can now choose to not include consumer copies in 613a notification forms. If you still want the consumer copy included, you do not need to change anything as this is the default. This update gives you more control over when to include a consumer copy of the report according to your policies and procedures.
Excluding the consumer copy from 613a notifications
If you don’t want to include a consumer copy with your 613a notifications, go to Admin >> Advanced Configurations >> Disclosures and Forms >> add or edit an existing 613a form.
Uncheck the box next to ‘include consumer copy.’ and click Save to save your changes. This will form will now no longer include the consumer copy.
