We recently noticed some inconsistencies with the County Criminal Searches that were being ordered via XML. If you have been passing a jurisdiction in your XML order and it went through the ordering wizard, it may have used the applicant provided information instead of the jurisdiction. We are pleased to tell you that we have fixed this issue, and the jurisdiction will be placed when using the XML order, along with the applicant provided information. Here is the tag that was being used:
<Screening type=’criminal’ qualifier=’county’>
<Region>UT</Region>
<County>Salt Lake</County>
</Screening>
