Effective today, September 2nd, 2021, the override option for including/excluding jurisdictions, has an update! Within a product you can configure to always include or always exclude jurisdictions for searches. There is an ‘Override At Order Time’ option that allows CRA users to override those configurations. If the option is enabled, you will see the tooltip replaced with an override icon. Clients will just see a message upon hovering the tooltip.
