Dear Taz Family,

Effective immediately, and in accordance with federal and local guidance, TazWorks has enacted the portion of our business continuity plan that moves all employees to a virtual office environment. We have prepared for this eventuality and are committed to continuing operations without any disruption in service.

We also want to thank all who took the time to provide TUG 2020 feedback through our short survey last week. Based on your feedback, internal deliberations, the aforementioned guidance, and an overall abundance of caution, we are cancelling TUG 2020 in Salt Lake City.

For those of you who have already registered or paid for sponsorships, all payments made to TazWorks for TUG 2020 will be automatically refunded. Please allow us 15-20 business days to organize this refund. If you have not received your funds within 30 days, please contact events@tazworks.com.

In all sincerity, our hearts go out to the many people who have been negatively impacted by the ripple effect of COVID-19. We are all in this together and we are looking forward to our continued partnership with you.
