Summary of Process:

New CRAs

CRAs new to PageUp will need to contact their team to establish a relationship. PageUp will generate a Provider/Supplier name once the CRA is configured, which TazWorks will need. The CRA can go to the following URL and click on "Become a partner" to initiate the process: https://www.pageuppeople.com/marketplace

The new CRA process with PageUp may require conducting an end-to-end test with a live or test client. In such an event, TazWorks service fees would still apply if integration setup by our team is needed. PageUp will have more details about this phase.

New Clients:

CRA submits ticket to TazWorks to initiate the integration work for the client.
The client should reach out to the PageUp Support team to request they be configured to order background checks from their CRA, who should already be a provider on the PageUp system at this point. The client should provide the PageUp team with the email and phone of the CRA team member handling the project.
PageUp will forward the necessary credentials to the CRA team member. The CRA team member will forward the credentials they received from PageUp to TazWorks via a secure method.
TazWorks completes the integration configuration using the information from the CRA.
The client configures their packages within PageUp using the information provided to them by TazWorks/CRA.
A demo call is scheduled with the CRA, the client, and TazWorks.
