To keep pace, TazWorks has formed an official Applicant Tracking System (ATS) team. Our goal is two-fold, first to engage with prospective partner systems so we are prepared to execute when an opportunity comes along. Second, to manage each and every client implementation from start to finish.
Nate O’Gwin and Jacob Espencheid both have important roles in the success of our program. Nate’s hands-on experience in HR and recruiting from the ATS side provide valuable experience in working with new partners. Jacob’s IT and project management background will serve well as he quarterbacks client implementations through to completion.
This year, the ATS team will stay busy attending all relevant industry events to foster relationships with existing and new partners. This includes property management events as well to expand our PMS partner footprint. We encourage CRAs to join our army as we canvas the floor at SHRM, HR Tech, NAA, NARPM, and others to be announced. Together, we are a powerful voice!
As new partners are added, we will create fact sheets outlining the process for repeat implementations—ultimately a library of information for CRAs to use when engaged with an ATS/PMS user.
In the end, we hope to provide CRAs with a clear path to winning more business. We will provide transparency to the implementation process and empower clients with knowledge so they are better prepared to take advantage of this growing market segment.
