Workload Manager is a valuable tool to configure work assignments, eliminating the manual process of assigning work to processors. The Copy Preferences feature is a new tool that saves you time, allowing you to copy user preferences from one profile to many processors with a click. You no longer have to manually select and create individuals’ preferences. Instead, copy the preferences from a user you want as a template and then make any necessary changes. This can be accomplished by selecting ‘Preferences’ next to the processor in the Leaderboard and then selecting ‘Save & Copy’ in the right-hand corner. From there you can select a single individual or multiple that you want to replicate the preferences to. Then press ‘Copy.’
An update from the reporting department with any recent updates or changes:
Hit Ratio Report:
The Hit Ratio Report now has the Social Security Number added to it. This change offers a more secure option for those currently using the Report Hit Ratio with SSN specialty report which will be retired soon.
You will now see two name fields, where previously there was only a single field. This will allow you to break them out and display as first name, last name or last name, first name.
Do you know what day it is?! Monday, which is Spotlight day!
This weeks spotlight is TazJST, Jurisdiction Selection Tool, a powerful tool for users in streamlining and customizing the ordering process by generating suggested jurisdictions to be searched. Users can set this feature and generate additional jurisdictions based off data entered information and header data.

Workload Manager is a powerful tool to keep you up to date on your processors and what reports need immediate attention. Effective today, October 14th, within the Workload section is ‘Availability’. This allows you to turn the availability of each processor on or off. Easily adjust their availability if they have time off, or the workload is too full and you don’t want them to be assigned anymore. Also, the preferences button moved locations. Previously, you had to click on the processor and it was located at the bottom of the list. Now, it’s located right next to the processor name and can quickly be adjusted.

Management Report Change:
Announced yesterday, but we have added clarity to the date fields for all management reports.
TazWorks requires that all users enable Multi-Factor Authentication. MFA gives the account an extra layer of security by asking users to enter a 6-digit code that is sent to them via email, text or authenticator app, verifying they are who they say they are and can then access the account. TazWorks has improved the MFA process to better enhance security within the software. There has been an increase in breaches over the last few years and in an effort to improve system security, TazWork’s users will be required to authenticate via MFA every 30 days. This new policy will be effective on Thursday October 10th, 2019.

Workload Manager allows users to configure work assignments based on search types and jurisdictions. There is now a new permission associated with CRA users, the permission is ‘Available for Assignment’. This permission is on by default for all CRA users. The ‘Available for Assignment’ permission allows CRA users to appear in the drop-down list for “Assign To” and puts the processors name on the Leaderboard regardless of having any searches currently assigned to them.
Note: The permission ‘Assign Reports/Searches’ is now ‘Can Assign Reports/Searches’.
