Quick Summary
We recently published an announcement about Senate Bill 2155 that requires a new notice to consumers. We are adding the new notice on a separate page at the end of the Summary of Rights document. This update is now live, and the new notice is available.
We also completed the task of replacing the old Identity theft notices with the new one. The new verbiage for the “Remedy the Effects of Identity Theft” will appear only for any newly created disclosures going forward.
