Salesforce Support Portal Reminder

Friendly reminder, effective Tuesday June 1st, 2021, (the day we are back from a long weekend) TazWorks ticketing system is moving away from ZenDesk and into SalesForce. Users will need to utilize the portal to open a case and any communication at that time. You can expect to receive an email to configure your login and it can be accessed with SSO in your site by selecting ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner.
