Salesforce Support Portal- New Ticketing System

Friendly reminder, effective today, Tuesday June 1st, 2021, TazWorks ticketing system has moved away from ZenDesk and into SalesForce. Users will need to utilize this portal to open a case and any communication. You can configure your login from an email you received and it can be accessed with SSO in your site by selecting ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner.
