Salesforce Existing Ticket Process

Salesforce is our new ticketing system to reach our support team for all of your needs. If you’re currently engaged with support on an important ticket, please know that you can reply to an existing case by emailing reply@support.meridianlink.com. Simply hit ‘Reply‘ from your email program and type up your desired response, and your message will then be sent to the ticket you had created through the Support Portal. You can also CC others, to make sure the right people are involved!
