As we continue to enhance TazWorks Software™, we are excited to announce that the Report Decision Tool now gives you more control than ever before. The Report Decision Tool gives the report an at-a-glance look of actions or steps to take based on the parameters you set. CRAs can now customize the look with more robust color options and update any report decision verbiage or add/delete any decisions (no limit).
There are three ways to create and assign the report decision tool:
- Users can use the standard system report decision, which shows the same nine decisions as before, by just enabling the tool.
- A CRA default option, which can be customized and waterfalls to all clients with the tool enabled. This can be configured under the CRA Preferences section.
- A Client default, which is customized and created for just them to meet their specific needs. This can be configured under the Client Preferences section. If a custom one is not configured, it will default to the CRA configured table.
