QuickApp, the background questionnaire sent via email or text. The reminder email frequency associated with QuickApp has been modified. Previously, it would send every 72 hours based on how many days the email was active. Now, the email reminder has been changed from 72 hours to 24 hours. Applicant’s will receive a reminder notification every 24 hours until the active email days expires. If you send the QuickApp via text, it follows the same configurations as email. This was changed to help facilitate the questionnaires in being completed more efficiently.
