Now effective, Occupational Health Services are available for those using the integrated provider, eScreen. Occupational Health Services are additional services to offer during the background screening process, that are not drug related. This can now be accessed in Manage Occupational Health under the Product tab. For eScreen there will be a drop-down that includes the top 100 most common services, if you need one not in the list, you will enter the component ID from the provider. Health Services are also now available for i3Screen. I3Screen’s process remains the same and can be configured in health services section. If ordering multiple services in a package, your results may go to the drug queue if it can not match up the services results. Reach out to support to get Health Service enabled today!
