Workload Manager allows users to configure work assignments based on search types and jurisdictions. There is now a new permission associated with CRA users, the permission is ‘Available for Assignment’. This permission is on by default for all CRA users. The ‘Available for Assignment’ permission allows CRA users to appear in the drop-down list for “Assign To” and puts the processors name on the Leaderboard regardless of having any searches currently assigned to them.
Note: The permission ‘Assign Reports/Searches’ is now ‘Can Assign Reports/Searches’.
