New conditional option for Compass Instant Driving Records

If you use Compass to perform your Instant Driving Record searches, you can take advantage of additional options Compass provides for adjudicating your search results as Pass, Fail, or Conditional, based on criteria you set.
We have now added a new option within TazWorks to allow you to decide what happens to your results that Compass tells us are Conditional (in addition to already previously being able to set rules based on ones that have failed). You can allow these results to complete as normal, or set the search to go to Pending instead.
