The National Criminal Database Alias (NCDA) search combines an SSN Trace and a criminal search. Previously with BGC, if there was a no name match on the SSN Trace, the name variation section on the NCDA search editor would have no names and ‘no records’ were found. If you are using BGC as the vendor, it will now return an error message that says, Error: Security Violation; Unable to match name provided to results from the SSN Trace. Effective 7/9/2019
