Introducing Our New Support Team Members!

Andi Poulson
Andi Poulson, the most recent addition to our TazWorks support team, is a customer service ace and industry guru. Andi joins us with seven years of background screening experience after working with the LexisNexis Seattle Court research/document retrieval team. This experience, coupled with her personable nature and willingness to go the extra mile, makes her a welcome addition to our team. When not at work, Andi enjoys watching Parks and Rec with her husband Darin and their three dogs, witnessing her Seattle Sounders lose to Real Salt Lake (Major League Soccer) and getting outside to explore all that Utah has to offer. We trust our clients will love having her around just as much as we do!
James Price
James Price is a Salt Lake City native that brings eight years of customer service to TazWorks. James comes to us by way of Harlan Clark, where he worked his way up the ranks to Customer Service Manager and Workforce Analyst. His experience has given him the skills to problem solving and provide insightful and meaningful feedback. We know this will make him an essential addition to our support team. Outside of work life, James is an avid Jiu-Jitsu student and podcast junky. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on our team! Welcome to the TazWorks family, James.
