Do you have applicant’s that are being denied rental options because of no credit history or calculated scores?
There is an enhanced credit offering to improve customer experience! Insights Score is an alternative credit risk score that has been implemented to predict an applicant’s likelihood to default on rental payments. It’s like a waterfall effect, if the credit history is run and there is no credit or score available it will use the insight score (if signed up for it), which will reflect positive and negative accounts such as wireless, TV or utilities.
This will help reduce the number of applicant denials and can be enabled by reaching out to Equifax and using a new score model within the ‘Interface Settings’ configuration.
