Applicant email is now dispatched to vendor in Reference searches

If a Reference search is ordered for an applicant and an email address is provided, TazWorks will now pass this email address on to the data provider fulfilling that search. This will be similar to Education Verification and Employment Verification searches, which already include the applicant email in the information sent to the fulfiller of these searches.
