It has been brought to our attention by eScreen that they are retiring the Pembrooke Integration the first week of June 2021. If you are dispatching orders to Pembrooke, you will need to duplicate the settings in Manage Interface Setting and add an eScreen Occupational Health account. You will use the same Pembrooke settings and will need to have both the Pembrooke and the new eScreen settings for each account. Until further notice, do not delete the Pembrooke account to avoid any disruption in service. For any questions or concerns, reach out to support.
