Users can automate a notification based off the time period since the Pre-Adverse letter was originally sent. Previously, users could only designate an email address. This enhancement now provides the following options for Adverse Action letter reminders:
- Users can select to send it to the requestor
- Send it to the requestor and a designated email
- Retain the ability to send it to just a designated email
