We wanted to inform you that effective today, June 28th 2021, the enhancement to the disclosure automation process is available. When disclosure automation was originally released in March 2021, users could configure the automation for the Consumer Copy, Pre-Adverse Letters and 613a Notifications, but it only applies to Employment order entry types. Now, the Consumer Copy and the Pre-Adverse Letters will be able to have automation for any order entry type (Employment, Volunteer, Tenant etc.). 613a Notifications will remain as it currently is, but the enhancement for that order entry type change will come in the near future.
Be sure to check your Disclosure Automation process and double check your order entry types and set up process.
