Effective today, March 4th, 2021, disclosure letter automation is now available. Over the past several months you have seen announcements about the new 613 automation available under ‘Advanced’. You have had the ability to configure when the 613a notification should be queued, by selecting ‘Never’, ‘Always’, ‘Only When’, and then ‘Records Found’ and/or ‘Flags Present’. Now, you can include the same automation to the Consumer Copy and/or the Pre-Adverse consumer letters based on these headers. This section is no longer titled as 613a Settings, it is now ‘Disclosure Automation Settings’.
