If you have not heard and made the necessary changes, the NY OCA fee has increased. Effective April 13th, 2019, all New York Office of Court Administration record searches will now be increased from $65 to $95. Governor Cuomo of New York has signed the 2019-2020 New York State budget into law today, Friday, April 12th, 2019. We wanted to remind you to update and manage your charge tables to reflect these changes.
