Q: What has been the most challenging part of moving to Utah?
A: The most challenging part of moving here was that I didn’t know anyone out here. However, now I have made friends both at work and through events around Salt Lake City.
Q: How would you describe your job at TazWorks to a friend or family member?
A: I am an ATS Project Manager. So my job is to work with CRAs and ATS/PMS reps to make sure everything technical is taken care of on the TazWorks side of things.
Q: What have you enjoyed most about working at TazWorks so far?
A: The thing that I enjoyed the most is the people. Everyone is helpful, and I get along with everyone here. My favorite part is our weekly lunch together because you never know who you’re going to sit by or what conversations might come up.
Q: Having worked in various capacities within the customer service industry, how would you define customer service?
A: Customer Service to me is making sure that you are taking care of your clients because they are the reason you have a job. I wouldn’t have a job if not for them so I make sure I do my best to make sure they are well taken care of.
Q: What does a day away from TazWorks look like for you?
A: A day away from TazWorks for me can be spent in several different ways. If the weather is good, I enjoy hiking and taking my husky for long walks. If it’s not so nice out, I enjoy playing video games with friends, watching movies or working on web development projects.
Q: If you had to narrow it down to three words, how would you describe yourself?
A: Helpful, Sassy, Fun
Q: Tell us something about yourself that might surprise people.
A: I typically don’t watch movies from before I was born. There are some exceptions like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, etc. I have watched more than those but if you make a movie reference from before I was born, there is a good chance it is going right over my head.
