Brock Christiansen
Brock Christiansen, from Sandy, Utah, is one of the newest member of our customer service team. Brock has a penchant for service and has worked tirelessly to familiarize himself with all facets of TazWorks. In Brocks free time, he enjoys anything that puts him outdoors, often romping around the trails of Utah on the seat of any two wheel vehicle he can get his hands on. Welcome to the TazWorks family, Brock!
Taylor Basso
Taylor Basso is also a Utah native, born and raised in Salt Lake City. He is also joining the TazWorks family as a member of the customer Service team. Taylor is currently pursuing his dream degree in computer science and hopes to further his knowledge and experience in developing/programing by learning from the all-star team we already have here at TazWorks. As he puts it “if you ever need an answer, it’s here behind one of these doors, all you need to do is ask.” We couldn’t have put it better ourselves! Outside of Work, Taylor is an outdoors enthusiast and martial arts master in training, sharpening his jiu-jitsu skills in his free time.
James Peacock
James Peacock, our newest support engineer, is a Utah Native, born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley. James has a long-standing relationship with the TazWorks team, having spent the previous eight years working for Western Reporting. Outside of work, James is a family man through and through, having married his High School sweetheart eleven years ago and subsequently had two amazing daughters—a three year old and a three month old. These days, when he’s not changing diapers or diffusing Hailee’s post-nap tantrums (lovingly referred to as Hailee smash time), he enjoys taking his wife on dates or hanging out with family and friends. James is excited to join the team and looks forward to working for a company that cares about its clients and the service they provide as much as we do here at TazWorks.
Shaun Nielsen
Shaun Nielsen, University of Utah graduate and Salt Lake City native, is the newest support team representative. Shaun comes to us with a degree in business administration and finance and is “excited about the opportunity to learn from an industry leader and work for a company that is growing so rapidly and shows so much potential.” Shaun is what most would call a fitness guru, having played collegiate volleyball at the University of Utah, he is now involved in cross fit training with his wife, Katie.
