Amy Strate & Jaimee Mitchell Join the TazWorks Team

Amy Strate, our Product and Support Manager, is one of the newest additions to the TazWorks clan. She comes to us with over a decade of experience in the background screening industry. Amy started with Peoplewise, which was acquired by Lexis Nexis. Afterward, she worked with QFS Consulting as a Software Project Manager. Her latest gig was with Verisys, the owner of FACIS and Reference Pro. Did you follow all of that?!
There are a couple of fun things you should know about Amy. She was born and raised in Utah and loves to run and be outdoors… unless it’s cold. Utah has been referred to as having “the greatest snow on earth,” but Amy has never been snow skiing! She said the snow is beautiful as long as she can just look at it.
Last summer, Amy and her family were evacuated from their home twice due to fires. She ran into her home and only left with three things:1. Her dog.2. The photos on her walls.3. Her computer tower.
Jaimee Mitchell is our newest Customer Support Representative. Jaimee graduated summa cum laude from Utah Valley University last April with a degree in exercise science.
She comes from a big family as she is the third of seven children, has 27 aunts and uncles, 60 cousins and 80+ second cousins. Interestingly enough, Jaimee is the sister of Mandi Bagley, a former and highly-missed TazWorks team member.
Jaimee is excited to be a part of the TazWorks team, but she’s even more excited to be out of the retail industry just in time for the holidays!
